Today is Halloween-Ophelia's official holiday. Since she is all black (except for the small patches where she has licked off her hair), she is our Halloween kitty. Today she is treated like royalty, which I suppose is like most other days. Maybe she'll get some extra rubs from us.
I also need to recognize the "Halloweenie Queenie"-my mother. This is her favorite holiday! To honor my mom, I will be wearing the costume she made for me 10 years ago. I will be a Kangaroo. Admittedly, the costume doesn't look as cute as it did 10 years ago. Mainly because it is a little bit tighter.
P.S. I got my flu shot today. This is your Public Service Announcement to do the same.

Yes, I do love this holiday. And why is Opelia without costume? (Like her neighbors, Henry and Lulu)Being a black cat is not enough. It is like going to an office H'ween party as yourself. I had very few trick or treaters. I am still leaving up my decorations for a while, and soon I will move on to Xmas. Bought my cats costumes today. finest regards to Sonny....
